Usher breaks down when accused of bad parenting

Usher broke down in tears at allegations he was a bad father in an Atlanta court yesterday.

The 33-year-old singer was accused of excessive partying by his ex-wife Tameka Foster's attorney, who showed pictures of him out at clubs while in Europe recently.
