A transgender model says she is willing to drop a lawsuit against Khloe Kardashian - if the reality TV star pays her $150,000.

Chantel Spears - formerly Ronald Spears - claims Khloe "violently" attacked her outside a Hollywood nightclub on December 5, 2009 and sued her for assault two years later.
