Top Gear wins international award

Top Gear has been recognised with a major international award for its worldwide success.

Jeremy Clarkson picked up the Honorary Rose Award at the Rose D'Or Festival in Switzerland.

Top Gear is shown in 198 territories around the globe.

Other British shows including Friday Night Dinner and Charlie Brooker's satire, Black Mirror: National Anthem - also picked up awards.
