'Twilight' star tops best-dressed list

'Twilight' actress Kristen Stewart has been crowned the world’s best-dressed woman, beating the Duchess of Cambridge and Victoria Beckham.

Kate, in fourth place, is a newcomer on the coveted annual list, and ranks higher than her sister Pippa Middleton, who is 47th.
