Downey Jr. 'is Avengers godfather', says Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth regards Robert Downey Jr. as the "godfather" of superhero team The Avengers.

The 28-year-old actor - who stars as Thor in the forthcoming 'Marvel Avengers Assemble' movie - looked up to the 47-year-old star ('Iron Man') while shooting the project because he has starred as the fictional character in two separate films before the comic book stars were all brought together for the current production.
