Britters cashes in with house sale

Britney Spears has sold her house - for more than $1.2m (€900,000) over the asking price.

The 'Toxic' hitmaker - who has sons Sean, six, and five-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline - is now planning to rent a property with fiance Jason Trawick after her Beverly Hills estate sold for $4,253,000 (€3,187,836).
