Gibb recovering after more surgery

Bee Gees star Robin Gibb has had to cancel a number of commitments after undergoing further surgery, in the wake of his cancer ordeal.

The star is recovering in hospital after another operation, just weeks after he told of a "spectacular" recovery from his cancer treatment.
