Simon Cowell is targeting a "very famous actress" to judge 'The X Factor' in America.

The music mogul is looking for two stars to replace axed panellists Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger on the US TV talent show and while he has some people in mind, he is open to negotiate with "anyone".
