Brand accused of throwing away photographer's phone

Russell Brand has been accused of throwing a photographer’s phone through a window.

The 36-year-old ‘Arthur’ star has been named in a police report in New Orleans, which alleges he snatched the phone out paparazzo Timothy Jackson’s hand before hurling it away.
