Rowland wants 'X Factor' return
Kelly Rowland has confirmed she wants to return to 'X Factor' this year.
The 'Down For Whatever' hitmaker – who was on the panel of the ITV1 talent show alongside Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh last year – has registered her interest in reprising her judging role on the series, but she admits it is "up to Simon Cowell".
