Sheridan: I was fired after I complained about being hit

Nicollette Sheridan claims she was fired from 'Desperate Housewives' after she complained about creator Marc Cherry hitting her.

The actress - whose character Edie Britt was written out of the show in 2009 - took to the stand in her wrongful termination trial in Los Angeles yesterday to allege that Marc hit her "hard" when she questioned him about a script change on September 24, 2008.
