Demi Moore 'leaves rehab'

Demi Moore has reportedly checked herself out of Utah's Cirque Lodge facility.

The troubled actress was rumoured to have been receiving treatment for "an eating disorder and addiction issues" – to go "on vacation" at an undisclosed location.
