Cowell back on X Factor 'because he's the best judge' - he says

Simon Cowell will return to 'The X Factor' because he doesn't think the other judges are "as good" as him.

The 52-year-old music mogul - who left the series last year to concentrate on launching the show in the US – will change the air date of this year's programme so he can appear on both the UK and US versions, as he believes he is better than the other panellists, Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland.
