'Nervous' Cox 'virtually celibate' in past year

Courteney Cox hasn't had sex for a year.

The 47-year-old actress - who was most recently romantically linked to her Cougar Town' co-star Josh Hopkins - insists she has only "made out" with one person since splitting from husband David Arquette in October 2010.
