Spector murder case: mother settles

The mother of the actress Phil Spector was convicted of killing has settled her wrongful death suit against the Wall of Sound music producer, a lawyer said today.

John Taylor told the Los Angeles Times the terms of yesterday’s settlement were confidential, but his client, Donna Clarkson, was pleased and relieved the suit was over.
