Noel Gallagher is confirmed to play at the NME Awards 2012.

The 'Dream On' hitmaker will perform at the ceremony at London's O2 Academy in Brixton on February 29, where he will pick up the NME Godlike Genius Award – the highest accolade bestowed at the spectacle - at the end of the evening.
