Rapper Tempah named best-dressed man

Rapper Tinie Tempah has been named this year's best dressed man.

GQ magazine says the rapper shows a "true passion for elegance and proportions".

Making up the top three are Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli and 'Doctor Who' star Matt Smith who "looks cool in clothes that should be a joke".
