Hugo and the Artist top Oscar nominations

The Oscar nominations have been announced and among the films up for best picture are Warhorse, The Artist, The Help and Hugo.

Meryl Streep, Glenn Close, Michelle Williams, Viola Davis and Rooney Mara all got nods in the female lead category while George Clooney, Jean Dujardin, Gary Oldman, Brad Pitt and Damian Bechir were shortlisted for the best actor category.
