A man accused of scaling the fence of Halle Berry's house will remain in jail after pleading no contest" to stalking the Oscar-winning actress.

Los Angeles deputy district attorney Wendy Segall said Richard Franco, 28, was sentenced to serve 386 days in county jail, but he has already served half that term.
