Coronation Street's Tyrone Dobbs is to pop the question to his pregnant girlfriend.

The unlucky-in-love mechanic - played by actor Alan Halsall - will beg scheming Kirsty Soames (Natalie Gumede) to marry him, despite his best mates trying to pull the plug on their fledging relationship.
