Jennifer Ellison, Sugababes singer Heidi Range and 'EastEnders' actress Laila Morse are leading the line-up for 'Dancing On Ice'.
The UK skating show will return for a seventh series on Sunday featuring 15 celebrities, including the likes of 'Hollyoaks' actress Jorgie Porter, former Hollywood star Corey Feldman and 'Emmerdale' actor Matthew Wolfenden.
However, Heidi – who recently split from fiance Dave Berry - admitted she is nervous about appearing on the show, but is thrilled with the effect the gruelling training has had on her figure.
She said: "I'd love to get to the stage where I'm performing and enjoying it, rather than just feeling nervous.
"I’ve found that to help with the skating it's good to work on your core. For a number of the moves, you have to hold yourself from the stomach. Your stomach muscles have to be strong. I've got aches in random areas that I never knew I'd have an ache in."
Meanwhile, Jennifer Ellison – who recently lost five stone - is hoping her appearance on the show kick-starts a new exercise regime.
She explained: "I used to be very sporty but since having a baby that's kind of all gone and I haven't really been to the gym for a long time. I'm literally starting from scratch, fitness wise.
"I have put myself on a diet and I'm going to go to the gym. It's a big massive thing personally for me, it's not just about doing a show."
The show's judging panel has undergone a shake-up this year with former Olympic champion Katarina Witt and choreographer Louie Spence joining Robin Cousins on the panel, replacing Emma Bunton and famously acid-tongued former judge Jason Gardiner.
Meanwhile, former 'Daybreak' presenter Christine Bleakley has replaced Holly Willoughby – who quit 'Dancing On Ice' to front BBC One's 'The Voice' - as co-host alongside Phillip Schofield.
Olympic skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will once again train the contestants.
