Man charged with leaking Madonna track in Spain

Police in Spain have arrested and charged a man with illegally leaking an early version of a new Madonna song.

The 31-year-old - who was arrested in Zaragoza - is alleged to have put a demo of 'Gimme All Your Luvin' on the internet in November.

Lawyers traced the recording to Spain, which prompted the investigation.

Police have described the man as a big fan of the singer.

Fifty-three-year-old 'Madge' was said to have been "very upset" over the leak.
