Cheryl planning to ring in New Year with rapper

Cheryl Cole is planning to spend New Year's Eve with Taio Cruz.

The 'Fight for This Love' hitmaker - who this year had a failed reconciliation attempt with former husband Ashley Cole - has reportedly got close to Taio since he split with his girlfriend Roxy Horner earlier this year and the pair are planning to ring in 2012 together in Los Angeles.
