'Mrs Brown's Boys' has been crowned the most watched show in Ireland on Christmas Day for the second year in a row.

'Mrs Brown's Boys' has been crowned the most watched show in Ireland on Christmas Day for the second year in a row.

Brendan O'Carroll's comedy attracted some 880,000 viewers to RTÉ1 on December 25.

Other hits on Christmas Day included 'Eastenders' with more than 563,000 people tuning in, and 'For One Night Only, The Dubliners' presented by Gay Byrne which attracted 527,000 viewers.
