Williams wowed by 'kick-ass funny' Vergara
Robin Williams thought Sofia Vergara was "kick ass funny" when they worked on 'Happy Feet Two' together.
The 60-year-old actor recorded the voice of two penguins, Ramon and Lovelace, in the animated movie alongside the 'Modern Family' star - who lends her vocal talents to Carmen – and he admits she had him in hysterics most days.
He said: "When Sofia comes into the room the whole place turns 3-D. She's amazing. She's so sweet and she's beautiful and really, really funny. Kick ass funny. She's what you see, she's just great."
Robin found it "easy" to reprise his roles as the two aquatic birds because he felt the cast – which included Elijah Wood as main character Mumble and 'The Simpsons' star Hank Azaria as newcomer The Mighty Sven – were like a "family" while they were recording scenes in Australia.
He added: "It was easy to do the role again. Elijah is the sweetest guy in the world and then there was Hank Azaria, who I know from 'Birdcage', so already we had a sign language together.
"It was like a family. We shot in Australia, which was great once you get over the language barrier."
