Sinead O'Connor has announced she has split from her new husband, less than 20 days after marrying Barry Herridge in Las Vegas.

The 'Nothing Compares 2 U' singer - who has been wed three times previously - claims people in her partner Barry Herridge's life stopped the couple, who married at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, from being able to settle into their lives with each other but says they have parted "amicably".
