Estranged showbiz couple 'trying to be friends'

The 'Behind Closed Doors' hitmaker Peter Andre has had an acrimonious relationship with his former spouse Katie Price – with who he raises stepson Harvey, nine, son Junior, six, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii – since they split in May 2009 but they are now trying to put their differences behind them and are getting on well.

Peter said: "My ex, Kate, said on [UK TV show] 'Loose Women' last week that I was the only partner she’s ever had who’s bought her presents. It’s really nice that she said that about me. We did have some really good times together and we are talking at the moment and trying to be friends."
