O'Dowd praises Apatow work on 'This Is Forty'
Chris O'Dowd loved fighting over Megan Fox in his new movie.
The 'Bridesmaids' actor stars in Judd Apatow's 'This Is Forty', which will see Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann reprise their roles from the 2007 movie 'Knocked Up'.
O'Dowd plays an employee of Paul's character. He said battling Jason Segal for Megan's affections was a dream come true.
He said: "I play a guy who works for Paul Rudd's record company. He's got a bad moustache and an even worse attitude. He has good taste in music. He's so wrapped up in his own ego that it's hard for any of that to come across.
"He's terrible with women, he's not really a people person but he is pretty funny. He was a lot of fun actually, we got a lot of fun out of it.
"The best thing was that myself and Jason Segel who is a good mate of mine, got to kind of have a whole sequence where we got to fight over Megan Fox which was a lot of fun. Yeah, that was great."
Chris was thrilled to get the chance to work with director Judd Apatow and explained the atmosphere on set was very "inclusive".
He said: "Judd's great. He's really created a very inclusive environment. He's one of those guys who has been around a long time. It's great working with Judd, coming up with ideas. It was a really creative shoot."
Chris has been announced as an ambassador for the Jameson Empire Done in 60 Seconds competition which closes on January 20, 2012. See jamesonempirediss.com.
