Hulk Hogan reaches divorce deal

Wrestler Terry Bollea – better known as Hulk Hogan – and his ex-wife have agreed a financial settlement in their divorce, court records show.

Florida newspaper The St Petersburg Times reported that Linda Bollea received a little over 70% of the couple’s liquid assets.

He agreed to give his ex-wife 40% ownership in his various companies and pay her an additional $3m (€2.25m) property settlement.

Mrs Bollea filed for divorce in 2009.

The settlement was confidential but came to light this week after it was attached to a new motion filed in court records.

The paper reports that Mrs Bollea received $7.44m of the couple’s $10.41m which was held in bank and investment accounts.

Bollea will not pay his ex-wife any maintenance.
