Kelly unsure about X Factor return
Kelly Rowland is unsure whether she will return to 'The X Factor' next year.
The 'When Love Takes Over' hitmaker – who clashed with co-judge Tulisa Contostavlos when the N-Dubz singer branded Kelly's act Misha B a "bully" live on TV – will have to think seriously about coming back for a second series of the ITV1 show because she doesn’t know whether she could put herself through the emotional stress again.
She said: "I'm really not sure whether I'll be doing it again. If Simon Cowell wanted me back on the show then it would be something I would have to think about. I don’t know if I could do it again. We'll have to see what happens."
Kelly – who is also joined on the 'X Factor' judging panel by Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh – admitted having to send her act Sophie Habibis home last weekend when she landed in the bottom two alongside Misha B "killed" her, but she thinks one of the girls will ultimately win the competition.
Speaking at last week's Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards 2011 at London's Banqueting House - where she picked up the gong for Ultimate TV Personality - Kelly added: "Choosing between Sophie and Misha absolutely killed me, it was an impossible position. The girls are so focused right now and I truly believe one of them is going to win the competition."
However, if the star is not keen to return to 'The X Factor' as a judge, former winner Alexandra Burke – who replaced Kelly on the show last weekend – wants programme boss Simon Cowell to give her a full-time place on the panel.
She said:"It was great, a very surreal experience. Mr Cowell needs to give me that call, I want to do it full-time."
