Comedian 'helping write Barlow's put-downs' - report

Gary Barlow has been accused of hiring a scriptwriter to help him with his put-downs in the X Factor.

It has been reported that Ben Winston, who is James Corden's comedy partner, has been helping the judge perfect his caustic lines.

It is thought bosses are keen for Gary to step into Simon Cowell's shoes as "the nasty one".
