Jail threat as Lohan back in court

Lindsay Lohan returns to court today for a hearing which could end with the actress being jailed if a judge rules that she violated her probation again.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner has already revoked Lohan’s probation in a pair of court cases in Los Angeles and will decide whether the actress’s termination from a community service assignment warrants further punishment.
