Gallagher's band announces arena tour

High Flying Birds are to carry out a seven-date arena tour next year.

Noel Gallagher's band will appear before a sold out Olympia theatre in Dublin tonight, where they will play songs from their debut album as well as some of the former Oasis man's classics.

Ticket for the shows, in Dublin's O2 on February 17 and Belfast's Odyssey Arena on February 16, go on sale on Thursday at 9am.
