Jackson doctor Murray 'acted negligently', court told
Experts repeatedly told jurors that Michael Jackson’s doctor acted with “gross negligence” throughout his treatment of the pop star as prosecutors neared the end of their involuntary manslaughter case against the physician.
The defence case shifted yesterday when a lawyer for Dr Conrad Murray stunned the judge and prosecutors in the Los Angeles trial by saying he was abandoning the theory that Jackson swallowed the fatal dose of the anaesthetic propofol.
