US X Factor contestant Stacey wows judges

It turns out the US version of X Factor has just as many tears and tantrums as the British one.

Auditions from LA aired on the Fox network in the States last night.

One of the wannabes - Stacey Francis - got a standing ovation from the judges.

Simon Cowell's praise got Stacy's mascara running. He said: "I loved it, loved it, loved it - and I love you."
