Weaver: I'll defy death to return in next 'Avatar'

Sigourney Weaver has said she will appear in the sequel to sci-fi film 'Avatar', despite her character's death in the first instalment.

The actress told a US movie website: "Don't worry. I will be back...no one ever dies in science fiction."

Weaver played botanist Grace Augustine in the 3D epic, which earned more than €2bn worldwide.
