Tindall-video bouncer due in court

The bouncer who allegedly posted the CCTV footage of English rugby star Mike Tindall with a blonde woman in a New Zealand night-club will appear in court today.

A 40-year-old man had been charged with "accessing a computer system for dishonest purpose".

The footage appears to show Mike Tindall - who recently married Zara Phillips - being kissed by a blonde woman.

Sources have since described the woman as an "old friend" of the newlyweds.
