Brad Pitt says his life was "pathetic" before he met Angelina Jolie.

He has been pretty damning about his marriage to Jennifer Anniston in an interview with Parade Magazine.

Brad said he spent the nineties sitting on the couch, hiding out from media attention, trying to pretend his marriage was something it wasn't.
