Rapper Snoop set for lead in crime movie
Snoop Dogg will take on the lead role in 'The Legend of Fillmore Slim'.
The biopic follows the blues guitarist, who began a music career in the 1950s, but was lured away into a life of vice, becoming a prominent figure in San Francisco in the 1960s and 70s, where he was known as 'The Pope of Pimping' and 'The West Coast Godfather of the Game', before returning to music in the 1980s.
