Ali Lohan denies surgery, says facial changes are 'growth spurt'

Ali Lohan’s change in facial structure has been put down to an “awkward growth spurt”.

The 17-year-old model – who is the sister of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan – has hit back at allegations she has gone under the knife, claiming her dramatically different appearance is because of a “typically teenage” flurry of growth.
