Gary Barlow wants his 'X Factor' hopefuls to learn from his experience as a pop star.

The Take That singer is mentoring the boys in this year's series of the ITV1 talent show and he opened up to the lads during a two-hour chat after they arrived in Los Angeles for the judges' houses stage of the competition.
