Cricket legend Warne denies plastic-surgery claim

Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has angrily denied claims he has had plastic surgery.

He said he had lost just under two stone since he started dating actress Elizabeth Hurley, but told radio station 3AW in Melbourne that it was all down to old-fashioned exercise.

"I've never had a consultation with a plastic surgeon," he said. "If I wanted to have one, I'd have no shame in (saying so)."

He said he had lost about 11 kilos as part of a fitness regime which started in October last year.
