Production on 'The Wolverine' has been pushed back because of "weather conditions".

The James Mangold-directed movie - which will see Hugh Jackman reprise his role as the 'X-Men' character - was due to begin shooting in the autumn, but a combination of the Australian actor's commitment to new musical 'Les Miserables' and the weather in Japan means it may now not begin until spring 2012.
