Bateman signs up for ID-theft comedy

Jason Bateman is attached to star in new comedy 'ID Theft'.

The 'Horrible Bosses' star had been due to appear in the film – which sees a guy get his identity stolen by another man – opposite another actor but was so impressed with Melissa McCarthy's performance in 'Bridesmaids', he persuaded movie chiefs to cast her as the fraudster instead.
