Pink trading up by selling $4m LA home

Pink is selling her Los Angeles mansion for $4m.

The singer and her husband Carey Hart – who welcomed daughter Willow Sage into the world in June – have put the four-bedroom property on the market after moving to a new bigger home in nearby Malibu.

The Spanish style mansion – which is situated in the Sherman Oaks area of the California city - is described in the real estate listing as "a true oasis, an ideal celebrity retreat… that defies comparison to anything else on the market".

The house – which was built in 1946 – also boasts five bathrooms, a games room, a swimming pool, state-of-the-art kitchen and extensive gardens.

The couple – who paid $2m for the house when they bought it in 2002 - recently upgraded to an $11m mansion in Malibu which boasts 6,800 square feet, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Pink, 31, recently spoke about how much her life had changed since becoming a mother.

The 'So What' hitmaker said: "You hear people say it all the time, how life changes so drastically. But you can't possibly grasp how beautiful that is until you have your child."
