McCartney to contact police over hacking allegations

Paul McCartney has said he plans to contact police in the UK over allegations that voicemails he left for Heather Mills were hacked.

In an interview on US television, the former Beatle said he would be in touch with police as soon as his summer tour finishes.

McCartney was responding to claims by his ex-wife that a senior Mirror Group journalist admitted targeting voicemails left for her.
