Brangelina shell out almost $5m for charity

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie donated $4.9m (€3.4m) to charity in 2009.

Tax records from their Jolie-Pitt Foundation revealed the pair – who raise kids Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - gave away around $1.95m to the 'Fight Club' actor's Make It Right Foundation, which constructs homes for working families after it was set up in 2006 following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
