Gallagher: Solo outing 'like giving up drugs'

Noel Gallagher says starting his solo career is like "giving up drugs and moving on to a new circle of friends".

The guitarist is fronting his new project Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and admits he's still got to get used to his new "collective" of musicians after quitting Oasis and seeing the other members – his brother Liam, Gem Archer, Chris Sharrock and Andy Bell - form Beady Eye.
