The music world is mourning the loss of singer Amy Winehouse.

The 27-year-old was found dead at her apartment in North London yesterday afternoon.

There is speculation she died from a drugs overdose, but police are still describing her death as unexplained.

On twitter world renowned music artists have been paying tribute to Amy Winehouse.

Producer Mark Ronson, who had worked closely with Winehouse, said: "She was my musical soulmate and like a sister to me. This is one of the saddest days of my life."

While, music legend Tony Bennett, who recorded the classic pop song "Body And Soul" with Winehouse last March, issued a statement calling her "an artist of immense proportions".
