Murray lawyers want jury sequestered during Jackson death trial
Lawyers for Dr Conrad Murray have asked for the jury to be sequestered during his forthcoming trial over the death of Michael Jackson.
Conrad - who faces a charge of involuntary manslaughter relating to the 'Thriller' singer, after he died of acute Propofol intoxication while under the physician's care in June 2009 – is worried that jury members will be unfairly influenced by media coverage but Judge Michael Pastor said yesterday he doesn’t believe it will be necessary or financially viable.
